Background: Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare biphasic malignancy with an epithelial and mesenchymal component. Given its histological particularity, the diagnosis of this tumor still represents challenge for pathologists surgeons. mandible very aggressive entity. To date, only sporadic cases have been reported in literature. Aim: report case mandibular sarcomatoid treated radical surgery adjuvant chemoradiation, discuss related Case Report: We introduce occurring 34-year-old woman.
